The Organizational Leadership in Social Work Online Certificate will help prepare you to be an effective leader of a nonprofit, human services/social work organization. You’ll look into financial issues and budgeting processes for nonprofit organizations. You’ll explore fundraising and marketing strategies, and you’ll learn how to write meaningful grant applications, and evaluate the effectiveness of your organization’s programs. Finally, you’ll consider how your organization can adopt an environment that is purposefully focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion, both in the communities you serve and in those who are doing the serving.
